ARTISTS
Chloe Harris
Chloe Harris 'monoprints and her paintings exploit the characteristics of familiar buildings she's been influenced by in cities she's lived in. It's her interest in print which has led to the development of my style. A strong influence of abstraction complements her first cityscape series, the EXETER PRINT SERIES 2020. She is now looking forwards to exploring and interpreting other landscapes within the UK and beyond.

One of my lines of enquiry is the notion of transcience and regeneration in urban environments and how skylines change and evolve over a period of time, boasting architectural treasures from different periods., creating a great juxtaposition between different building types, such as sthe old chapel with a tower resembling a Venetian campanile and the modern glass skyscrapers. The painting was completed in 2019 in gouache and the sky based on a photograph I took early in the morning.

Well there is a story to this picture. My very good friends are in love with Boston terriers and pugs. Dolly is their newest member of their family. "Dolly" is called Dolly after their little "shop" on Fleetwood sea front . She is a lovely little brown and White BT. Gill and Mick have been our good friends for 40 years. However, Mick was recently diagnosed with Cancer and given 12months to live. Very very sadly Mick passed away on Easter Sunday. We are so sad about this. So to help my sadness

A friend asked me to create a painting for her to give to her sister as wedding gift. She sent me some some ideas of colour pallettes she liked and I used a photo I had taken of the landscape in Oxfordshire as inspiration. I painted the whole canvas bright pink first and let it dry and then painted on top.

I painted this as a memorial portrait for my friends, Delyn and Elizabeth Christian, originally from Columbus and now living in Tennessee. Delyn has been very active in the Columbus music scene for years and even wrote a song about Katy. The following is more info about Katy's life: Katy came to Fretnot Farm in Woodbury Tennessee in July 2012. She was six months old. Her mother was a companion dog to a Veteran who served in Iraq. Katy fit right in to the five acre farm and spent each day

This piece, along with a few others was created for use as "merch" to sell at music events. I'm also a singer songwriter so I'm always looking for ways to bring my art and music together. The original idea for this painting was completed on the computer but the idea of a big display banner popped into my mind and I decided to do a large canvas. The canvas is loose, about 36 x 42 inches. Acrylic on 12oz canvas and is currently hanging in my living room here in Gresham, Oregon USA. Thanks for your

For this little art piece, I used fabric ,plaster and glue. The beauty of is that I can change the look of the fabric ,the format, the color any time I want.I'm not respecting a norm,I just go with the flow of the art piece.
